lipstick

I've been a member of SM Advantage since its inception (I don't anymore remember when lol). But, I am already on my 3rd card means I have already renewed it for 3 times...Before, everytime I got 100 points I used it at once...now, I decided not to use it unless I want to buy something...Yesterday, I want to buy a new lipstick and I remembered that I already earned about 200+ points as of oct 2008. so, I bought a Maybelline lipstick and it is on sale with 20% disc...went to the cashier and I paid it using my SM advantage...voila, I did not know that I already have 350 points so my lipstick is free and I still have a balance of 100+ points...It is really good to have SM advantage, for just a minimal membership fee and a renewal fee every 2 years, if I am not mistaken, you can buy things using ur advantage....so people, keep earning points...lol

New Year is coming...i am making list that i want or wish to do in 2009...it is in random order...so keep in reading....and i hope someone will help me get some of these (lol)...actually, i planned it to be 100 but i can only get as many as 20...

1) a chihuahua...we do have a guard dog right now tho' it's askal...now, i want a new dog and i want a chihuahua which i can cuddle up...i know it's expensive and i dobt if i will be able to buy something like this knowing am a kuripot-type of person hehehehe...

2) complete set of twilight saga...already read these but only the e-book version and listened to their audio. now, i want the book...physically...i don't know if there is paperback-type because it's cheaper than the hardbound and it is hardly available in the nearby bookstore...

3) travel abroad...any asian country is okay with me...

4) of course, watch the 6th installment of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince sometime in July of 2009...

5) go to Boracay...maybe in the summer together with my 2 boys...

6) go again to Baguio...i don't know yet when...

7) get some heart pumping movement so i will be able to lose some weight - gained 7 lbs since june '08...

8) get into some serious business ventures...

9) clean our closets...get rid of old clothes that we don't wear anymore...

10) buy new curtains...

11) buy new computer chair...

12) dental visit - i sometimes miss my appointment hehehe
13) hair rebond...always wanted to try this but the salons always decline because of my color treated hair but now i do away for color treatment for almost 4 months and 2 more months...i do hope...marerebond na ung hair ko...
14) more flip flops...i will show you sometime my flip flops tho' not the pricey one..
15) watch the 2nd installment of twilight saga...the new moon...
16) a new perfume...for my collection...Paris Hilton Heiress...i heard it's really mabango daw...
17) dozens of maong pants
18) try scrapbooking....

19) driving school...

20) buy new mirrors...

Deception Point

Got hold of Deception Point by Dan Brown and just finished reading it after three days...Tho' having so many scientific terms included in the novel, don't mind it... the story was really interesting and as I got near the end...i got surprised...i did not expect that the mastermind of all the wrongdoings is the chief of the NRO...William Pickering!

I'm now hooked with all the novels by Dan Brown...Already read....the da vinci code, angels and demons, and now I'm reading the digital fortress...

CaN't Get Enough

I don't know...I really can't get enough of Twilight...I have read the e-book, listened to audiobook and watched the movie....I think twice already...I'm addicted to it really....or it is just that Stephenie Meyer is really great!!!!Now, I am looking for something new to read...listen to....or something new to do with my spare time....HELP!!!

TWILIGHT - 11262008

This time, I want to spend my me time by watching a movie...Well, Twilight just opened up here in the metro...can't wait to watch it and see how much of the book was caught in the film...if you know what I mean hehehehehe...

Well,,,,I love it!!!Rob Pattinson as Edward, Kristen Stewart as Bell and the one who played as Jacob (forgot his name)....they fit the part...they are as what I imagined them to be from the book....I was just disappointed with Rosalie. She was not as beautiful as what being depicted in the book...and also what is that with James' coven being shown as early as 14 mins into the movie and Victoria at the ending?!!!Well, i think they are trying to put more suspense in the movie...but I believed it should have been better if it was on the latter part of the story. Well, I was disappointed that blood typing was not included in the movie. They got the Charlie's house, truck, baseball scene, the ballet studio scene and the prom perfect!!!One that I cannot forget is the "pepper spray" hahahaha....really fun though it is not in the book....So, for all twilight lovers....go watch it....

Puerto Galera

My first kalakat for the year with my family, Puerto Galera in this season?....hehehehe...since it was really hot in the metro, we decided to go to the beach...I was choosing between Puerto or just in nearby Batangas. But I told myself, what a heck...why not Puerto since I have not gone there yet...the Poor Man's Boracay and since it is more expensive if we go to Boracay, we settled for Puerto Galera!!! I did some research in the net to get some info about PG (Puerto Galera) and where to stay...my criteria was that it should have a swimming pool (because I am not so sure if my 2 kids will go near the shore...this will be their second time...the first was in our province and they did not have a good experience because of big waves...they are really afraid) and near the beach...If you're going to PG, there are so many beaches to choose from...they have white beach, sabang beach, coco beach, and so many others....just google it...After few days of searching in the net and reading reviews....I decided to have our reservation at the La Solana Suites and Resorts in White Beach, Puerto Galera...It was not really expensive and it is just about 3 to 5 mins walk to the beach and they do have traysiservice if you're lazy to walk...They do have kiddie pool as well as adult pool. The staffs of the resort were friendly and accommodating. If you don't like to eat in their resto, you can go to beach...there are so many restos and ihaw ihaw. There are also bars available in white beach...they have shows every friday and saturday nights. there is a branch of Tia Maria's there...but we're not able to eat in there as it was already full when we go there on our last night...

Btw, the boat ride was smooth for about 1 and 1/2 hours.

So far, so good...We did enjoy our first time in PG...Definitely, coming back....^_^

Broccoli

Just been to Baguio and brought home some broccoli, don't know how to cook it so I searched in the internet for some recipe that is easy to prepare and easy ingredients...Voila, found one and it was easy and we'll eating it for our lunch...Can't wait!!! YUMMY!!!!
